Empowering Learning is seeking a Design Technology Teacher for a forward-thinking school in Nottingham. The role is full-time with a September 2026 start, teaching product design and resistant materials to students eager to develop practical skills and creativity.

You will deliver hands-on learning, foster problem-solving, and create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment. The ideal candidate is a qualified Design Technology teacher with experience in construction, metalwork, or woodwork

Qualifications

Qualified Design Technology teacher with background in Design Technology or related field.
Experience teaching construction, metalwork, or woodwork.
