Our client, a fantastic employee owned company in North Somerset, are currently recruiting for a Design Team Lead to join their growing team.

Overview

Please note; you must be able to evidence previous work experience with Power Electronics and High Voltage

Responsibilities and Duties within the Design Dept

• Design, development and support of power and control circuits, both digital and analogue
• Communicating design strategies to assist with product development and goals
• Provide technical support, know how and guidance to the Design team
• Training and development plans for team members
• New product implementation as part of the Design Team
• Research of electronics and power circuits
• Understand product requirements and implementation of these in the product and application, whilst understanding commercial and business requirements

Follow departmental processes relating to management of designs and also the company-wide new product development.

Salary : circa £55,000
