Design Manager

Office based in Warrington with some flexibility for work from home

We're looking for a talented Design Manager to join our Dine Contract Catering marketing team and lead the creation of standout visual content that elevates our brand. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced creative role where you'll shape brand identity, support sales growth and bring food concepts to life across multiple channels.

What you'll do
  • Design a wide range of design assets, from brand identities to digital and print collateral.
  • Lead creative development for food concepts, marketing campaigns and merchandising.
  • Develop and produce high‑quality sales pitches, tender documents and presentations.
  • Oversee and deliver design outputs across brand touchpoints such as website, social media, digital and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan, mood board and execute photoshoots.
  • Provide day‑to‑day guidance, creative direction and developmental support to the junior designer, ensuring clear briefs, constructive feedback, skill development and a positive, collaborative working environment.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with senior or managerial exposure.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially for bid/pitch documentation.
  • Experience contributing to or producing bid proposals and sales tender materials.
  • Organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player.
  • Photography and videography experience (highly desirable).
  • Experience in hospitality, retail or multi-site organisations is a bonus.
