Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations.

• Ability to constructively challenge design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Review proposals from internal and external consultants.
• Evaluate alternative design solutions from subcontractors.

Skills

Knowledge of Building Regulations

Intermediate experience in AutoCAD

Understanding of JCT contracts

Education
