This highly established independent developer who work on projects from 10 - 100 units are enjoying a strong year with an upturn in sales. They work at the 'higher end' of the market and are now looking to bring in a Design Manager.

Responsibilities

Based in the design and planning team you will oversee the overall design quality of the department and will also liaise with directors, technical and land areas of the business. Your put together high quality planning layouts and planning submissions on a range of projects.

Qualifications

You will need to demonstrate that you have worked for a housebuilder or consultancy and will be literate with AutoCAD. Its important that you are comfortable with team management and hold a thorough understanding of the planning systems.
