Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property is recruiting a Design Manager for a national contractor with a Bristol regional office. The role spans the full lifecycle from bid through to site delivery, shaping schemes as they progress to construction.

We seek experienced design professionals or ambitious coordinators ready to step up; chartered status is advantageous. A competitive salary, car allowance, and annual bonus are part of the package, within a supportive regional leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering design across full lifecycle from bid to site delivery.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary design teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of building regulations and safety acts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work on schemes from bid stage through 2nd stage and onto site delivery.
• Help build and deliver schemes with energetic leadership teams.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and construction teams to realise schemes.
