Qualifications

• HNC / Degree in a construction-related field required.
• Experience working with JCT/NEC/Design & Build contracts.
• Relevant driving license is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Review project information, including the employer’s requirements and contractor’s proposals.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of all reviewable design data.
• Assist in commercial and technical review of specialist subcontract tender returns.
• Prepare technical submissions for alternative designs and systems.
• Ensure design information meets quality standards and aligns with project schedules.
• Progress the approval of specified design certificates.
