• Previous employment as a Design Co‑ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, or Design Manager.
• Previous experience on Data Centre projects is essential.
• Ideally previous Main Contractor employment.

Responsibilities

• Work on multi-million-pound Data Centre projects.
• Involve a mix of Tender stage and live works duties.

Skills

Knowledge of Building Sector

High level of communication skills

Flexibility to travel/visit sites nationwide

Education

Relevant industry qualification (Degree/HND/HNC)
