We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering projects up to £20m, ideally within the industrial and fit‑out sectors. The successful candidate will combine excellent design knowledge with hands‑on experience to ensure high‑quality, efficient project delivery.

Role Overview

As Design Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from initial delivery through to handover and aftercare. You will be a key member of the project team, responsible for:

  • Ensuring the client’s requirements are achieved throughout the design process.
  • Coordinating with designers, project teams, and clients for seamless project delivery.
  • Applying your expertise to deliver technically sound, high‑quality solutions.
  • Supporting projects to run smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Midlands (UK). As a business, travel to project sites may be required.
