Overview

Ridgeway & Co are seeking an inspirational Design Manager with a keen eye for detail and strong expertise in construction technology to join our growing team at this exciting stage of our expansion.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering projects up to £20m, ideally within the industrial and fit-out sectors. The successful candidate will combine excellent design knowledge with hands-on experience to ensure high-quality, efficient project delivery.

Role Overview

As Design Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from initial delivery through to handover and aftercare. You will be a key member of the project team, responsible for:

  • Ensuring the client\'s requirements are achieved throughout the design process.
  • Coordinating with designers, project teams, and clients for seamless project delivery.
  • Applying your expertise to deliver technically sound, high-quality solutions.
  • Supporting projects to run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Location
  • Midlands (UK)
  • As a national business, travel to project sites may be required
