Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Design Manager to lead the design process from pre-construction through to delivery for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in London. You will coordinate consultants, subcontractors and design teams across Cat A/B fit-out and complex interior schemes.

Ideal candidates will bring contractor-side experience across commercial offices and refurbishment projects, with a track record in delivering schemes from concept to handover.

Design Manager Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment London

Fawkes & Reece are proud to be working with a leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering projects across London and the wider UK.

They are looking for an experienced Design Manager from a traditional main contractor, fit-out contractor or specialist construction background.

The role will focus on managing the design process from pre-construction through to delivery, coordinating consultants, subcontractors and design teams across commercial offices, Cat A/B fit-out, refurbishment and complex interior projects.

Projects range from smaller fit-outs through to schemes valued at 10m- 20m+, providing excellent exposure to technically demanding commercial projects.

Ideal background: Design Manager / Senior Design Manager with proven contractor-side experience across commercial fit-out, refurbishment or D&B projects.
