The Role

Reporting to the Regional Design Lead, you\'ll take ownership of the design process from tender through to completion on a variety of high-profile projects — typically up to £80 million in value. Current and upcoming schemes include education buildings, MOD developments, and large commercial projects, offering a diverse and rewarding workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design development across multiple live and pre-construction projects
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and delivery teams to drive design quality and efficiency
• Ensure design deliverables meet programme, budget, and technical standards
• Provide design input during tenders and support bid submissions
