Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking a Design Manager to lead envelope design projects in the Greater Manchester area. The role focuses on managing from conception through completion, coordinating design resources, and delivering working/fabrication drawings for curtain wall and related systems.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of delivering envelope packages on time and to specification, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project

Qualifications

• Experience leading full envelope design projects from concept to completion (curtain wall, rainscreen cladding, composite panels, built up systems).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate internal/external design resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage full envelope projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of drawings and specs.
• Coordinate internal/external design teams, stakeholders, and contractors to meet contract commitments with accuracy.
