Salary: £65,000 - £80,000

My client is a main contractor with a reputation for delivering high‑quality schemes ranging from £5 M to £50 M. We are looking for a Design Manager to cover schemes in North Essex/Cambridgeshire.

As the Design Manager you will oversee schemes from pre‑construction through to completion, working alongside the Project Manager on site and liaising with other project team members. Schemes cover multiple sectors including Commercial, Education, Mixed‑use and Leisure projects.
