You'll take the lead on design delivery, coordinating clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure drawings, compliance, and programmes align with site and commercial needs.

The Role

• Lead design coordination from tender through to completion
• Manage design programmes, drawing reviews, and technical approvals
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and specialist subcontractors to resolve design issues
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, specifications, and client requirements
• Support pre-construction, procurement, and project delivery teams
