Hoare Lea is seeking a Design Manager to join/support our Central region, with flexibility to base in Cambridge, Oxford or Birmingham. You will lead design management across multiple medium and large-scale projects, collaborating with engineers, consultants and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
You will work within a proactive team, driving design programming, digital tool adoption, and effective cost management.
