Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Structural Technician within a consultancy environment.
• Good knowledge of structural detailing and construction.
• Experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Understanding of UK structural engineering and construction.

• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed structural drawings and models.
• Preparing general arrangement, reinforcement and construction drawings.
• Working alongside engineers to develop structural design solutions.
• Coordinating structural information with architects and other consultants.
• Detailing structures in steel, concrete, timber and masonry.
• Assisting with surveys and existing-building information.
• Supporting projects from concept through to construction.
• Maintaining a high standard of technical accuracy and presentation.
