Many of our schools have already introduced the 4DWW—and others are preparing to roll it out as soon as they reach full staffing. So, whether it’s already in place or just around the corner, now’s the perfect time to join #teamOFG.

  • Develop creative resources and activities tailored to pupils’ needs
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to enhance learning

If you’re ready to bring your ideas, energy, and passion to a place where they truly matter, this is the role for you.
