Product Design Engineer (Specilist Training & Development)

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 + excellent on the job training, annual bonus, progression, 33 days holiday (increases to 38 days with service) and great company benefits including life assurance, health & wellbeing, cycle to work, discounts, etc. Early Friday finish.

Office based (early finish on Friday)

This is a fully office-based role with an early finish on a Friday.

The Role:

• Designing lighting products using 3D Design software (SolidWorks).
• Develop new & existing products & work on custom projects from cradle to grave.
• Participating in product testing, installation, risk reviews etc.
• Office based role – Monday – Thursday 8:00-17:00 / Friday 8:00-16:30.

The Person:

• Degree qualified with experience in product design using SolidWorks.
• Experience producing engineering drawings for manufacture.
• Understanding of manufacturing methods; sheet steel, welding, machining.
