We’re looking for a skilled Design Engineer to join our Engineering Services team. In this role you’ll deliver innovative solutions that improve current production motorcycles, working collaboratively across departments to achieve time, cost, and quality objectives while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is based in our Hinckley office and includes the following benefits:

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engineering solutions to improve current production motorcycles, collaborating with specialists and chief engineers.
  • Manage projects to meet time, cost, quality, and specification targets.
  • Work within cross‑functional teams to identify and implement improvements using tools like 8D.
  • Provide design support across departments and maintain project plans.
  • Communicate effectively across the supply chain and deliver against KPIs.
  • Follow and challenge processes to enhance efficiency, escalating risks when necessary.
  • Support additional projects and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
