About the Role

As a Design Delivery Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end design delivery and approval process, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Managing and empowering design suppliers to deliver "right first time" results.
• ✅ Reviewing and approving site design drawings.
• ✅ Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and company standards.
• ✅ Driving process optimisation and supporting digital transformation in design delivery.
• ✅ Building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers while ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• Strong background in mobile infrastructure site design and project delivery.
• Proven ability to sign off drawings and ensure design compliance.
• Experience managing multiple projects and design partners simultaneously.
• Understanding of CDM requirements, health & safety, and telecoms design standards.
• Commercial awareness to ensure cost-effective design solutions.
• Project management qualification (Prince2, Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum) preferred.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
