The Global Security organization plays a critical role in safeguarding Disney's people, assets, and intellectual property. As part of the International Design & Delivery (ID&D) team, the Manager - PMO Design & Delivery helps turn strategic vision into operational reality by leading the deployment of physical security technology across the EMEA region.

This role is instrumental in aligning Disney's security system deployments with business needs, corporate real estate development, and broader organizational strategies. From managing project portfolios and ensuring design compliance to mitigating risks and maximizing return on investment, the Manager serves as a linchpin between business operations, security leadership, and technical execution teams.

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic project management professional who combines deep technical knowledge with outstanding organizational leadership. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional project teams, ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions, and drive measurable improvements to Disney's global security infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs in partnership with Global Security and key stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, and budget
  • Align initiatives with broader strategic priorities set by the Director, Global Security - INTL Design & Delivery


Design & Architecture Oversight

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade physical security systems across diverse international markets
  • Ensure all designs comply with company-wide standards, regulatory guidelines, and departmental quality expectations


Technical Leadership

  • Translate complex business and operational needs into actionable technical requirements
  • Oversee multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure solutions meet defined business outcomes


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a central liaison between technical teams, vendors, and internal business partners
  • Deliver clear and structured communication on project status, milestones, risks, and escalations to the Director INTL


Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, adapting plans to address emerging challenges
  • Escalate critical issues in a timely, data-driven manner


Budget & Resource Stewardship

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure reporting with rigor and accuracy
  • Ensure resources are optimized and aligned with delivery expectations


Quality & Compliance

  • Establish and enforce quality standards and testing protocols for all deliverables
  • Oversee validation efforts to ensure compliance with business requirements and technical specifications


Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain thorough documentation of project plans, technical specifications, and progress tracking
  • Deliver regular performance and milestone reports to stakeholders and the Director INTL


Team Leadership

  • Direct cross-functional project teams with clarity, accountability, and purpose
  • Foster a collaborative culture across time zones and departments


Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Lead vendor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation aligned to project goals
  • Oversee procurement, contract adherence, and deliverable milestones


Change Management

  • Administer structured change control processes to assess and communicate scope or timeline adjustments
  • Ensure transparency and alignment on all change decisions


Post-Implementation Reviews

  • Conduct project retrospectives to assess performance, document lessons learned, and improve future delivery
  • Present findings to the Director INTL and relevant stakeholders


Required Qualifications & Skills

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional physical security or technology deployments in a global enterprise
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into strategic project plans
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise-level security system platforms and related technologies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate across functions
  • Track record of budget management and financial stewardship in high-value projects


Desirable Experience

  • Experience delivering projects across EMEA regions with multi-national stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with physical security standards, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience working in corporate real estate, facilities, or infrastructure development environments
  • Vendor and contract management expertise, including performance metrics and procurement strategy
