Job summary

Regen Solutions is seeking a proactive Design Coordinator to join its Planned Works team in Bromley. The role focuses on coordinating design delivery across projects from tender through to handover, ensuring compliant, timely information and close collaboration with consultants and contractors.

You will manage design information, develop trackers and programmes, and mitigate risks to support successful construction delivery in a permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating design delivery within construction, refurbishment, planned works or Design & Build.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities from tender through to project completion and handover.
• Maintain design trackers, drawing registers, RFI logs and design programmes.
• Ensure design information is reviewed, approved and issued through the CDE process.
• Monitor design progress and identify delays, risks or information gaps.
• Ensure latest approved design information is available to project and site teams.

Education

HNC, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent construction-related qualification
