Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited is seeking a Design Coordinator to support a major civils and utilities project located in Bedfordshire. The role focuses on coordinating design information and ensuring timely handover through RIBA Stages 3 to 6.

Applicants should have experience in civils, utilities or infrastructure design coordination, with a strong understanding of handover requirements and excellent communication skills to liaise with design consultants and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in design coordination across civils, utilities or infrastructure.
• Understanding of design stages 3-6 and handover requirements.
• Strong technical, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working on Design & Build projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review incoming design information.
