Job summary

A creative office design company in Bath is looking for a Project Manager to lead contract administration and project management activities. The candidate will manage projects valued at £3m-£4m annually and ensure timely delivery while striving for client satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading project strategy and managing stakeholder communications. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong leadership skills, client focus, and a willingness to mentor new starters. Competitive salary offered between £50k and £70k OTE depending on experience.

As a Project Manager with us, you'll haveexperienceleading contract administration & project management activities, with an ability to do so on behalf of Interaction to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, always aspiring to client delight, with on time and snag free delivery. You shouldbe capable of successfully managing circa £3m-£4m in project value per financial year through a numberof projects varying in size, value and complexity.

You’ll be responsible for leadingproject strategy, planning, commercial proposition, and programme activities, plus managing both the internal and external stakeholder, and subcontractorcommunication management. You'll have an excellent grasp of construction project finance management, with a proven ability to deliver smaller and less complex projects with little support.

Project Managers at Interaction have good understanding and awareness of industry regulations, including HRB fire & building control regulations,H&S responsibilities, and an understanding ofJCT based D&B contracts.
