The Role

You ll deliver engaging and creative lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop practical skills, problem-solving ability, and design thinking. Depending on your specialism (e.g. Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics, or Food Technology), you ll be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering well-structured, hands-on lessons.
  • Encouraging creativity, precision, and innovation in student projects.
  • Managing workshops safely and effectively, following health & safety guidelines.
  • Assessing, tracking, and reporting on student progress.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and enrichment activities.
