18 Week Support is seeking experienced Dermatology Outpatient HCAs for flexible weekend sessions in Dorset. Competitive pay with consistent and ad-hoc shifts enables you to work around other commitments while supporting patient-centred care in an outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities include assisting clinics, taking observations and recording information, and maintaining safe, clean environments. NHS experience and dermatology background are highly valued for this role.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 months’ outpatient HCA experience within the past 12 months.
• Minimum 2 years of Dermatology experience
• Proven NHS experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach.

With competitive rates of pay and both consistent and ad-hoc shifts available, this is an excellent opportunity to take on additional work around your existing commitments while supporting high-quality, patient-centred care within an outpatient setting.
