Overview

Applications are invited for the position of a Consultant Dermatologist at an excellent trust based in the South of England. You will have the opportunity to join an ambitious Trust with a family feel and vision to care for their patients as if they were one of their own family members. The aim is for the Trust to be a fundamental part of a vibrant, sustainable and collaborative healthcare community and patients' first choice for acute health care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a broad spectrum of outpatient activity including general adult and paediatric Dermatology and skin cancer services.
Team and Support

The successful candidate will join three other Consultants. The team consists of 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 2 Nurse Specialists, 2 Nurse Specialist Trainees, 2 Hospital Practitioners and 1 Trainee Hospital Practitioner. You will have the support of the Nurse Specialist team in the provision and monitoring of systemic therapies, including biological therapies and isotretinoin, and skin cancer diagnosis, support and follow up.

Location

The hospital is located in a location that offers leisure opportunities, history, shopping, and excellent travel links with scenic surroundings.

Qualifications

Full registration with the General Medical Council is essential.
