Qualifications

• Experience of working with people experiencing mental wellbeing difficulties.
• Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion.
• Adept in time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Independently running health & wellbeing workshops/exercise classes.
• Conducting health & lifestyle initial appointments and 1-1 sessions.
• Contributing to the Healthy Living Healthy Minds programme development.

Skills

Minimum level 3 accredited qualification in personal training or exercise instruction

Experience of delivering face-to-face or virtual exercise classes

Ability to encourage behavioural changes

Sound health and wellbeing knowledge including exercise and nutrition

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal communication skills

Education
