Job summary

Glaslyn Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd has an exciting opportunity to join our Care of the elderly ward as a Deputy Ward Manager. This fixed term/secondment position is available to support service development and improve patient care during a period of change.

We are looking for a highly motivated nurse with Band 5 experience and a positive leadership approach, capable of maintaining high clinical standards, coordinating ward activities, and supporting staff and patients.

This is a demanding role that requires commitment and a positive leadership approach towards change. You will have excellent communication skills and high clinical standards with a passion to make a difference for patients and staff alike. Managing and controlling the activities of the ward in an effective and efficient manner.

Secondment Requirements
