Qualifications

• Essential: Current NMC RGN Registration.
• Essential: Experience of Clinical Supervision.
• Essential: Evidence of ongoing development and education.

Responsibilities

• As an experienced Nurse, you will be part of the Senior Ward Team, assisting the Ward Manager and working with the Clinical Development Nurse to ensure a high-quality patient-focused service.
• Leading the nursing staff in support of professional development and promotion of best practice, ensuring a responsive high-quality service.
• Collaborating with the Multidisciplinary Team to promote effective patient care and discharge.
