A leading health service provider in Enfield is hiring a Mental Health Nurse to work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, focusing on patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will be a registered mental health nurse with experience in the field. Responsibilities include developing care plans and maintaining high standards of nursing care. The role is permanent and full-time, offering a salary range of £44,485 to £52,521 annually.
The post holder will work closely with and deputise for the ward manager in their absence. Be an active member of the multi‑disciplinary team, supervise, teach and instruct junior and Nursing Assistant/Activity Co‑ordinators/STR Workers in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.
Working independently, the post holder will be responsible for developing and coordinating the individual's assessment and subsequent care plan as agreed with the multi‑disciplinary team.
The post holder will adhere to Trust policies, data protection and Health and Safety.
