Overview

The Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the theatre department, ensuring that high standards of clinical care and safety are maintained. This position requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and effective communication skills to support a multi-disciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient care.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Deputy Theatre Manager at Springfield Hospital. You will be expected to work on a full-time basis on a flexible departmental rota including weekends if required.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the theatre department to maintain high standards of clinical care and safety.
  • Provide leadership and support to a multi-disciplinary theatre team.
  • Work in a dynamic environment to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
  • NMC or HCPC Registration
  • Highly experienced within the theatre team within a leadership role
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character
  • The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
