This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and ambitious individual with experience in mental health community to further develop your managerial and leadership skills whilst continuing to undertake varied and more complex clinical work, with a good split between managerial and clinical work., AsDeputy Team Manager for the North & West AMHT, you will support theConsultant Psychiatrist (Clinical Lead)andTeam Manager (Operational Lead),to provide clinical and leadership support to the wider team.,

Responsibilities

• Providingday-to-day management and clinical supervision to staff, and supporting the ongoing development and performance managementof the team.
• Undertakingclinical duties, including duty shifts, conducting assessments and managing a small caseload.
• Liaison with other services and stakeholders as required, often acting as a link person for complex situations
• Acting asDuty Manageron a rota that does include weekends and out of hours working (full shadowing support will be provided for those new to this responsibility).
• Deputising for theTeam Manager as required

We are also part of a University teaching hospital and students may sometimes accompany professionals at appointments.
