A nonprofit organization based in Newbury is seeking a Deputy Support Manager to provide high-quality, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and Autism. Annual Salary: £30,972.94
Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours) required to participate in on-call rota

You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
We are looking for a Deputy Support Manager to join our supported living locations across Berkshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities and Autism to live their life their way.
This is a permanent full-time role, initially covering maternity leave for 6-9 months across Newbury, with potential for the position to move across to our Oxfordshire locations after this period.
