Location: Newbury, Berkshire

Annual Salary: £30,972.94

Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours) required to participate in on-call rota

We are looking for a Deputy Support Manager to join our supported living locations across Berkshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities and Autism to live their life their way.

This is a permanent full-time role, initially covering maternity leave for 6-9 months across Newbury, with potential for the position to move across to our Oxfordshire locations after this period.

Responsibilities
  • As a Deputy Support Manager you will assist in the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, safe and person-centred support.
  • You will foster excellent working relationships amongst all teams, families, professionals, referrers, and all other stakeholders.
  • Assist the Support Manager to improve the support people receive, identifying meaningful opportunities for involvement of people we support in shaping their life, their home and inputting into the organisation.
  • Lead by example and provide hands on support to people we support when required.
  • Deputise for the Support Manager in their absence and be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the organisation.
