Job summary

Aldi is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead the store in the absence of senior management, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will train colleagues, check displays, and help meet store KPIs while maintaining operational efficiency.

This role offers real responsibility with a flexible 25-35 hour contract, 28 days leave, and extensive Aldi training and perks. Maternity/adopter leave provides 26 weeks of full pay after one year of service.

Responsibilities

• Run the store in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Deliver excellent customer service that goes beyond expectations.
• Support the Store Manager to boost employee engagement and KPIs.
• Monitor product quality and manage stock rotation consistently.
• Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits.
• Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained.
