About the Role
We're recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Blackpoolteam. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in running the store - driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands-on role where you'll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.
