A healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is offering a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse position focused on providing high-quality compassionate care in Unscheduled care. Candidates should have experience in leading shifts and developing staff skills while demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities. We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse role within Unscheduled care which consists of AAU/AMU/SDEC to aid in providing high quality compassionate care to our patients.
You will be supported by a Ward Sister and Clinical Matron in your development within your leadership role.
You will be experienced in leading and coordinating shifts and be able to demonstrate problem solving skills and an ability to develop staff skills and competencies.
