Acorns Children's Hospice is seeking a Deputy Community Shop Manager for the Perton area on a 22.5-hour week, fixed term for 3 months. You will support the Shop Manager, lead volunteers, and drive stock quality, pricing and merchandising decisions to meet sales targets.

The role involves working weekends, covering shops in the area, and helping embed the shop within the local community while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a shop or retail environment.
• Ability to lead volunteers and hit targets.
• Willingness to travel to multiple shops in the area.

Responsabilités

• Support the Shop Manager to lead the shop team and maintain standards.
• Decide on stock quality, pricing, and merchandising style.
• Lead and motivate volunteers to achieve sales and gift aid targets.
• Contribute to achieving agreed sales targets and store performance.
• Ensure safe operations with manual handling when required.
