Job description

As Deputy Shop Manager at our Fossgate shop, you will deputise for the Shop Manager by taking overall responsibility for managing all shop activities in this highly successful shop. This will include:

Fully supported by our Retail team, leading and managing colleagues and volunteers will be integral to your role on a day‑to‑day basis. This will also include the recruitment, training, and onboarding of volunteers to ensure the shop follows good working practice. The shop is currently trading Monday to Saturday, selling a mixed offering of clothing.

This is a part‑time position working 22.5 hours per week between 8.30am and 4.30pm.
