About the Role

Recruitment Professionals is delighted to be working with a fantastic nursery based in London N3. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Room Leader to join their vibrant Pre‑School Classroom, supporting 26 children alongside a strong team of 5 staff.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
• At least 1 year of recent Day Nursery experience
• Strong understanding of EYFS
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• Warm, professional, and passionate about early years development

Working Pattern

• Full‑time, 40 hours per week
• Weekly rotating shifts: 7:30am–4:30pm / 9:30am–6:30pm
• Nursery operates all year round except Bank Holidays and 2 weeks over Christmas
