Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for a Deputy Residential Home Manager in the Huddersfield area on a permanent basis. The position for the Deputy Residential Home Manager will need to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person centred care to all residents.

Responsibilities
  • Experience of delivering support to a high standard within a social care setting
  • Some experience of leading individuals and teams within a residential care setting
  • Knowledge and experience of the regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care - or willingness to sit this
  • Proven experience in working in a managerial position within a care home
  • Experience in working with adults with Learning Disabilities
