Acorn Pubs is seeking a Deputy Manager for The Grand Junction in Buckingham. You will support the Pub Manager in running a busy pub, lead a friendly team, plan events, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing service levels across peak times.

The role offers a base salary up to £38k plus tronc, with a potential £2k bonus, accommodation if needed, and extensive staff benefits to support wellbeing and progression within the group.

Qualificações

• Hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership and training ability
• Experience leading busy pub service and events

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the Pub Manager to run a busy pub
• Plan and host events and specials to drive trade
• Coach and develop the bar/waiting team and ensure excellent guest service
