Deputy Practice Manager

Location: Priory Wellbeing Centre - Southampton

Compensation: £28,000 / year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week; shift work Monday to Friday 7:30am – 8pm (dependent on interview)

Description

Priory Wellbeing Southampton are looking for a Deputy Practice Manager to join the team. This role is full time working 37.5 hours per week.

At Priory Wellbeing Centre Southampton, we provide fast access to flexible and convenient outpatient treatment covering a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, eating disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We also offer a dedicated child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS) and private autism assessments for adults and children.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. You will assist with day‑to‑day operations, keep things organized, and ensure our spaces are well looked after, creating a positive experience for patients and staff.

What You’ll Bring
  • Resilience and empathy to support others through both highs and lows.
  • Previous experience with a clinical deputy background would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work shifts Monday to Friday 7:30am – 8pm (flexibility required).
