We are seeking a passionate and energetic Deputy Play Manager to join our team in Swiss Cottage, Camden. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children from all backgrounds. You will be instrumental in planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality after-school and holiday play provisions for children aged four to eleven.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support staff and volunteers in delivering engaging and inclusive play-based activities, including EYFS activities for reception-age children.
  • Administer enquiries, bookings, and the collection of fees from parents.
  • Ensure all activities and operations comply with safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted regulations.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children and their families.
  • Model and promote inclusive, play-based practices, incorporating sports and physical play.
  • Utilize data and feedback to drive improvements in service and practice.
  • Actively participate in all activities, demonstrating a hands-on approach and the ability to be up and about, engaging directly with children and staff.
