• Improve key areas of the latest CQC findings, including clinical aspects.
• Provide clinical leadership to ensure safe, effective nursing care for residents with dementia.
• Supervise, mentor and develop nursing and care staff, promoting a positive team culture.
• Conduct care audits, manage care plans and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
• Assist with staff rota management, recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Oversee medication management and ensure best practice clinical standards are met.

The Registered Manager is now looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support them in leading the team, maintain and exceed our clients high standards.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth daily running of the service, providing clinical leadership and supporting staff to deliver outstanding, dignified care. This role combines clinical expertise with strong leadership and management responsibilities.
