Job summary

Your Care Jobs Ltd in Brighton is seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the daily operations of a busy nursery. You will help lead staff and ensure high standards of care and learning for every child.

As Deputy Manager, you’ll collaborate with the Nursery Manager to run the setting smoothly, maintain safeguarding updates, and work with parents to support children's development. Flexible shifts and urgent start available.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Paediatric First Aid certificate.
• Up-to-date safeguarding and other Early Years training.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Help lead the team and ensure high standards of care and learning.
• Work closely with parents and carers to ensure effective communication.
• Ensure nursery operates in line with Early Years requirements.
