Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years environment.
  • Paediatric First Aid certification (12 hours) and willingness to maintain it.
  • Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge or willingness to refresh.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing all aspects of nursery operations.
  • Lead and develop the team to consistently deliver the N Curriculum.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements.
