Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Great Cornard site to lead a team in delivering exceptional care and education.

You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, oversee day-to-day operations, and support safeguarding, training and partnerships with families and professionals. The role also covers budgeting, occupancy growth and contributing to sustained Good/Outstanding outcomes.

Formación

• Full and relevant Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Experience in an Early Years leadership role ( Deputy Manager or equivalent).
• Experience of participating in regulatory inspections resulting in Good/Outstanding.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and policy understanding.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and oversee safeguarding policies.
• Support succession planning, training and staff development.
• Manage partnerships with parents and other professionals.
• Contribute to budgeting, occupancy growth and nursery performance.
