Job summary

Kido International Nursery & Preschool Streatham is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to champion our values and culture while leading a dedicated team in a fast-growing nursery group. You will hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and have early years management experience; Level 2 Maths and English may be required if you earned Level 3 after 2014.

This full-time role offers a salary of £33,000 to £39,000 with a discretionary bonus and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Deputy Manager role in Early Years with a relevant childcare qualification (Level 3) and management experience.
• Maths and English Level 2 required if Level 3 qualification obtained after 2014.
• Sponsorship not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursery operations and staff within Early Years settings.
• Safeguarding responsibilities and policy compliance.
• Oversee recruitment and staff development in line with safer recruitment practices (DBS checks, barred lists).

For the Deputy Manager role, it is essential that you hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 3 minimum and have experience working within management in Early Years. Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English including functional skills are also a must if you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014. Unfortunately we are not able to support Sponsorship Application at this time.
